Job Summary:
The Operations Integration Lead is responsible for unifying and optimizing operational processes during M&A activities, with a focus on identifying and implementing best practices and operational synergies. This role requires a deep understanding of operations, process improvement, and change management within the context of M&A. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing operational integration, standardizing processes, and driving efficiencies across multiple business functions to align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Planning & Execution: Develop and execute integration plans to unify operational processes, ensuring that all functions align with the overall business strategy and integration timeline.
Best Practices Identification: Assess operational practices within both organizations to identify and implement best practices, fostering operational consistency and efficiency.
Synergy Identification & Realization: Identify operational synergies across departments, such as procurement, supply chain, logistics, and production, and work to achieve cost savings and performance improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Finance, IT, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth alignment and integration of operational processes.
Process Standardization: Lead efforts to standardize processes, policies, and workflows across merged entities to achieve consistency and reduce operational redundancies.
Risk & Change Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with operational changes, and lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and minimize disruption.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics to monitor integration progress and operational performance, providing regular updates to leadership on key integration outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in operations management, with specific experience in M&A integration or business process improvement.
Strong understanding of operational processes across multiple functions, such as supply chain, logistics, and production.
Proven track record in managing complex integration projects, with an emphasis on process standardization and optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficient in project management and process analysis tools.
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
